Said they bought my payday loan from Check n go. This loan was directly to check n go after it has bounced first time. Not sure where they got the information but do not pay unless you verify first with loan company. They try to tell you that they might have money for you so you will give them information.

Have gotten at least 4 calls left on my answering machine. Called the number back and got a recorded message that sounded strange lady with Asian accent could not understand english was not very good gave me to option I did push either one because I was suspicious about the call and the fact that they read my phone number back. I will have to block the number.

Said I took out a payday loan from Cash Net. USA for 300.00. Said the company wrote off the 300.00, but now want it back. Settle up or go to jail is what he told me.

Caller inspector Wilson had some of my personal information. When she could not tell me the company she represented. A rude man got on the phone and tried scare tactics I told him I wanted to get a lawyer he got offensive, "You think a Lawyer scares me" at that time I ended the call.

Called my cell phone 8 times in one day. Never left a message. I didn't answer as I was at work. No message, no return call. And seriously, 8 times? What are they thinking? Even if it is a legit caller, 8 times is over the top.

rec text message to set me up on a dept managment co....looks like a total SCAM!!! Beware if you get a message and be sure to sign up your number on the national do not disturb list.

I have received 2 calls from this number (@ 12:45 PM and @ 11:27 PM) despite being on the "Do not call" list. The first time, I pressed "1" and got someone's voicemail. I left a message not to call back but obviously that did not work.

I get this call like 5 times a day everyday. It is so annoying. When I pick up they hang up or it disconnects, when it rings enough times to reach my voicemail, they dont leave a message. Who is it? It is extremley annoying, but i am at loss for words on who this may be.

This caller left a harassing message on my home phone number and said I had 24 hours to contact them back, that they would be serving me with papers between 9 - 2 today. They have obtained my sister's cell number who is an amputee and in a nursing home and have continued to harassed her with numerous phones calls and threats. I do not know how they obtained her cell phone number or my home phone number. When I called them back I got a man who advised this was a matter from 1994 and the papers would be served and I had better be home to receive them. I attempted to let them know I was returning their call and he begin screaming and claiming I called him. I have never heard of these people and would like to know my legal options in this situation.
